Hey boookiessss this place is terrible u have a fat nasty bone legged man in the back that don’t wanna work they leave cookies out for days that’s why there hard they give u old bread and the food is never fresh at night sometimes morning ??? Madison they talk about u every time u leave she’s was really mad about u taking one of her mangers u know who I was gonna save this for later I have more to say but I think u guys get this gist ?

2/7/2024 (10:00 pm) ordered 2 whoppers both with extra onion and one with no pickles. We receive the burger go home and open it to discover the burger that suppose to have no pickles have 7 pickles and the one with burger with pickles has no onions. The instruction was very clear and they repeated the order but the one who was assembling the burger definitely did it on purpose. This was just uncalled for.

TERRIBLE customer service the crew working there was weird, sketchy, rude and unprofessional couldn’t even get my simple order right. I had to keep reminding them what I got. I had a long terrible day already and that was the last thing I needed to top it off.

Drive thru service is fast , efficient and super friendly. Food was hot and freshly prepared. Special recognition goes to drive thru associate Anna who was very upbeat and super friendly even when we ordered at 11pm !!! Other locations could learn what great service is from this young lady and her enthusiasm. Definitely recommend this location and their great staff!

It's a Burger King. Are people really rating this? I'm only here because I'm pooping right now.
Wasted my whole lunch break waiting for food they said wasn't ready only to give me the wrong order anyway. Dumb people, I can't believe they even make minimum wage. Asked for 2 chicken Jr's and tots, waited 10 minutes for two whopper Jr's and fries. Screw this place and every other burger King. Save your money folks.
I went to this location this morning because I was craving a Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich. First off there was only 1 car in front of me but still waited almost 5 minutes to finally place my order. When I get to the first window she tells me the price and I ask for the Veterans discount. She informs me that they dont do that and I asked could she please check with her manager because every other BK I have visited in the area does this. The manager comes to the window and tells me in a "nasty tone" that they dont do that here and says I have worked at other stores and knows for a fact that they dont do that either. So basically told me to my face that I am a liar. This post is not about the discount but about the way they treated me. I will not return to this location and drive the extra distance to eat at another location.

Nastiest customer service on the planet. Girl on drive through mumbled. Talked fast. Could not understand her. Went away for 5 minutes. Came back. Told me to drive up. Still couldn't understand her mumbling talking fast. She got rude to me and didn't even take the drink order. Got even nastier and sent me to the other window.
