Just ordered the Pad Thai. Found a long black hair in my food. Seems as if they don’t wear hair nets

Having just moved to the area me and the wife decided to start trying some new restaurants. We initially were attracted by the sushi selection. The sushi itself is just okay, nothing special. Now the Green Curry we had was amazing, very delicious. That also said they told us a Level 2 is spicy, but I didn't taste any spice at all. I will say I was a bit upset they didn't have their Thai beer available. Overall a decent experience and will probably go back.

We decided to stop by this thai restaurant after looking for something that was not buffalo "cuisine". You don't think much of it driving by but had decent reviews. We were not disappointed. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The food was fresh and amazing. We have lived in major cities with exquisite food choices and this camellia absolutely hit the same mark. The inside is very clean and actually very nice. They have Thai, Vietnamese and sushi dishes, which can be scary sometimes. But once again we were happy that it was all good. My son who is seven loved the mango sushi roll (mango, cucumber and crabstick) super fresh, he ate one and took one home to eat. I had the pad thai, no ketchup based sauce here, actual fish sauce base. Amazing. Husband has the lemongrass soup and the green curry chicken stock full of fresh veggies and plentiful in chicken. I hope more people stop by and realize what a diamond in the rough is sitting in depew! We will be back!!Kid-friendliness: My kids are kind of adventurous. So they will eat off the menu, there is no kids menu but simple options that kids can try and enjoy.

Beautiful atmosphere, very clean, fantastic friendly service. This review is based only on the medium spice chicken pad Thai, it was very bland, not flavorful at all, Would not recommend.

I went to this restaurant a few times last year and have recently ordered takeout.Dining in: the place was clean and not overcrowded with tables. The staff was friendly and patient with our endless questions and great at suggesting and helping us pick our entrees. The wait for the food was a bit longer than we would have liked, but the food was worth the wait. They served genours portions. If you enjoy spicy food, make sure to ask for Thai spicy pr ask for chili oil on the side because my extra hot was barely a 1.5 (on a scale of 1-5)Food ordered: pad see ew, pad thai, Basil fried rice and a few rolls.Takout: I ordered less than 30 minutes before closing. I was quite surprised they took my order, as many places close their kitchen 30 minutes before closing. The portions were once again quite generous. The food was not quite as delicious as when I ate in the restaurant, though. I plan on ordering out again and comparing it.Classic fried rice with chicken and tom yum soup, beef pad thai.

Really terrific Thai food! I had the pad kee mao and couldn't have been happier with how my dish turned out. Spice level (medium) was perfect and the flavor was bursting with every bite. Service was a bit slow, but understandable with only one person manning the floor/delivery system/phones at the same time.

I went with friends and share many different plates. The food is delicious, it's prepared fresh and came out quick. However, the atmosphere was really... off. I don't know if we went in during a slow period or a dull night, but no one else was there. We walked in for a table for 4 and they seated us immediately, but for the following 2 hours we were there, we were the only people there until the last 20 minutes. Some people picking up to go orders came by but that was it.This wouldn't have been that bad if the restaurant had music playing, but it stayed at a deafening quietness without any background music. Also, despite us being the only people in the restaurant, I did have to ask a couple of times for water.Don't get me wrong, we might have just hit it up a night when everyone decided to stay inside. The building and interior is very nice and clean, and the food is delicious. Our Experience with the atmosphere is why we are giving it a 3/5.So if you're going for food, go here.

I needed Asian food and was happy to find this place to try after reading some of the reviews. Here are the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. The Good: - Clean and spacious with nice decor - Prompt service - Nice selection of array of dishes for Japanese, Thai, and other southern Asian countries - Food quality & taste: Rainbow roll $16.99 and Green curry with shrimp lunch special $13.99 was very good and nice portions - No additional service charge with credit card payment The Bad: - Expensive! I was expecting the price in Depew would be a bit cheaper than the duchess county/Westchester area, but the Miso soup is $5.99 for a small bowl, the app dumplings only came with 4 small dumplings for $5.99 - Be aware of overpriced items with small portions (see above comment) The Ugly: - The free beer with Yelp check-in is no longer honored by the owner, but still exist on the app - You can't substitute the soup that comes with lunch special with miso soup which is kind of B.S. - The tea that comes in the tea pot order is the cheap bag tea instead of the actual loose leaf as it should be for an authentic Asian restaurant - The owner is not friendly Even though the food deserves 4 stars, given the portion, price, and overall experience, I'm rating it 3 Stars. There are other Asian restaurants in the area I probably will try before coming back here again.

We ordered shrimp spring rolls, burmese samosas, and house specialties chicken and potatoes curry and the eggplant special. Every dish was absolutely delicious and exceeded expectations. Ambiance was nice for a casual family dinner out. Worth the drive from the Northtowns. Agree with other reviewers this restaurant is a hidden gem and a must try!
