Took my son for dinner. While we waited to have our order taken one of the employees started swearing at another customer. That customer got so upset they threw the food they had all over the restaurant. The employee then jumped over the counter and attacked the customer. Needless to say my son was afraid given what was happening. We were able to still order our food. I wish we would have just left because the food was terrible. This Checkers should be shut down. ALL of the employees should be fired. I live right around the corner and every time I stop for food the service is BAD, the food is awful, its never clean inside, and has a foul smell. Glad that it is currently closed. Hopefully for good.

The people who work here could not even be paid enough in the world to act mildly happy or god forbid they had to help or take ur order in anyway, all you'd get was heavy sighs and eye rolls! This isn't a one time incident either I've witnessed it 3x or more and they won't change the .99cent chili dog off their advertisement right on Walden and transit to see so they get you in and nope their $1.99 the don't care n I don't want ppl that don't care anywhere near my food! My mom stopped going when they refused to give the chili dogs for.99 as advertised and fought that they hadn't taken it down yet( it's been 1 month n pretty sure it's still on the sign too)

We got burgers and fries. I hadn't eaten at a Checkers in years. After eating there, I remembered why I don't eat there. My stomach was in knots the rest of the day.

Food was fine, dine in area was filthy however. Crumbs all over the floor, sticky floor, looks as if hasn’t been moped and swept in days.
This is my third review and still nothing done. Im not going to a website to contact the owner.First off the phone system dont work there. If your the owner try calling the number there.And still the place looks like a mess. Overgrown weeds. Over flowing garbage cans. Peeling paint everywhere. The roof shingles are hanging. I would be ashamed to work there as the owner dont give a care on looks. If your the owner looking at this review go there and see what im talking about. And get yourself a landscaper fix up all the weeds and the terrible parking lot. You do that your going to get five stars from everybody.

This could be considered the nicest fast food joint in lancaster supposing you like places that screw up your order every time and short change you and never clean the place so the tables are always sticky. If these qualities are your idea of nice then this place is perfect for you.

Well, their door says that their dining room is open until 11:00, It is 9:50 p.m. I placed an order on the app which it let me do because the store is supposed to be open. Only to pull in the drive-thru and have them tell me that they are closed. No problem, I called the number in the app and the app tells me now I need to wait 3 to 5 business days for a manager to call me back. Now I don't have any food, my money is all tied up and I'm pissed. This is 2022, if you're going to close early then turn off the ability to order on the app because it's not fair to your customers. It took you all of 3 seconds to take my money but now I have to wait a week to get it back. Get it together!

First and last time there. The food was disgusting and the service was even worse! Gave my order about 5 times since the guy wasn't paying attention. Get to the window to pay he says my total is $15 when it should only be $5 he of course had the wrong order pulled up. Then keeps asking me what my drink was and stares at the soda machine as if he forgot what I told him literally 2 seconds ago. The cashier looks like he hasn't washed his shirt for the past month, pants practically down to his ankles. I took on bite of the food and it was absolutely disgusting, I threw the whole meal out.
