The food is always good and the waitress is always cheerful, even when we show up an hour before close. She is quick with service and fixes mistakes without complaint. She gets us a refill on beverages without us even having to wait to ask her for one.Parking: Parking is always available in front of the restaurant

The breakfasts are always the way you like them. Crispy bacon you got it. The blueberry pancakes are always picture perfect and delicious. Coffee is non stop and goes great with breakfast. Yeah it's cash only but you get used to it if you've been coming here and we have for years . We used to bring the kids here for dinner and they'd always want breakfast!! Lol Service is always timely and cheerful. We'll be back soon.

The French View is now on our circuit of Sunday morning breakfasts. Having some experience in gourmet cooking, I must say that Emil makes the best omelettes I have ever had. From the soft, delicate, perfectly cooked egg wrap to the perfectly cooked veggies inside, my mouth waters at the sight of the toppings which "crown" that omelette. Gourmet worthy! Thank you CHEF Emil! Also, our cups of coffee are kept full and our order checked by the friendly servers.

Our waitress was awesome. My favorite was the way she topped off the coffee whenever she came to check on us. Definitely a bartender in her past life. She was pleasant professional, etc. I'd definitely return there. The food was really good!

NOTE: THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CASH ONLY. Went here with some family for dinner. There was one server covering the restaurant, and only a couple tables had diners at them. The atmosphere is very plain, and the menu was diverse. We ordered three kinds of fish fry (battered, broiled, and breaded) and the only fish that had a decent sized portion was the battered. It also tasted freshest. Coffee refills always had to be prompted, but the service was friendly enough.When it came time to pay the check, the server informed us it was cash only, and pointed to a tiny, seemingly hand-written sign behind the register. There was no signage on the door or menu indicating this. I had to leave my father and two nieces at the restaurant while I went to the nearby grocery store, as the restaurant also does not have an ATM. The server was unapologetic about this, and seemed to treat us as though we intended to dine and dash.The quality of the food and service was not good enough to justify a return trip, but if I had cash, needed to eat, and was already in the parking lot, I'd probably just go to one of the many nearby restaurants that are more accommodating.
Had been there years ago for potato pancakes, stopped to see if they still made them, lucky for us, they still did!! We.both ordered them and were very satisfied??

The food is average and the prices are excessive for the quality and simple ambience. Felt like there was no air conditioning. Has declined from previous visits. Beware, they don't take any charge cards! This may be why there were very few customers at lunch time.

We had 3 people I ordered a chef salad you know that taste when lettuce isn’t washed. Ordered a Philly streak sub very dry. Chicken finger melt was good. Had no idea it was cash only until we brought the bill up unreal.Overall we will never be back. But we should have known when there was only 3 tables on a Friday.
