Not really open until midnight. The taco bell is open until midnight. Was just told at 10:15pm the KFC part was closed for the night.

It's 9PM, they close at midnight, so why do I have to wait while they drop chicken? This isn't the first time, it's been going on for the year I've been coming in here. At least when they were in Williamsville they had the thing they sold ready to go.

Food was hot and fresh. Employees were friendly to me. I did see a customer in front of me have an issue with their order and the staff did not handle it very well. Also they are advertising incorrect hours. The sign on both doors clearly states the lobby closes at midnight but I have repeatedly been asked to leave at 10pm by employees stating that the lobby closes at 10pm.

Another bad experience at a KFC. This KFC was out of most pieces of chicken. No thighs, no drumsticks and only 2 breasts. This was around 8:45 PM and they're open til midnight. How TF does this happen!!!The shift manager said it's because they do not drop more chicken until they have run out of chicken, which leaves a 20 minute gap where they have no chicken. He even says he's in trouble with his manager if there is chicken leftover. Clearly that is more important to this store than serving their customers well.I actually drove two burbs over just to order from this store. Being told it's going to be a 15 minute wait, when you pull into the drive thru, is not acceptable. Shame on KFC!

I doubt this will be seen by the owner but it just makes me so sad that I can't eat my dinner, because they run out of chicken? How is that possible it's KFC? Waited 15 to 20 minutes after I placed my order and just gave up. When telling the staff this, they seemed like they couldn't even give a damn, that someone that just wanted comfort food on a cold night was going home hungry.

How many times can this place run out of chicken? Considering its the main thing on the menu surely it would be smart to make sure you have some rather than take peoples orders and then inform them you dont actually have any ready. This has happened on multiple occasions.

I haven't eaten here in years, and I don't think I will ever again. Staff were friendly, but the food was gross. Biscuits are so much smaller, chicken tenders were chewy, and French fries were average. I realize it's fast food, but come on, KFC, the kernel would be disappointed.
