I come here with my 3 year old at least once a week during the week and the service isgreat. Came here today happen to be a weekend; service was a disgrace. I'm sorry my family eating here wasn't apart of the gossip between servers today. Plus was never offered a refill till the end of our visit. No body even checked on us till the end. Then got the dirtest look from my server because she didn't deserve a tip at all but I always tip and donate. her tip went into donation box. Ya'll need your weekly people training your weekend staff. This was the worse service ever and I'll never come back on a weekend or if they're serving us. And thanks for not helping with the doors when you seen me struggling with the doors with a very excited three year old.
Had the breakfast. Can say that I was not disappointed. Staff is always friendly and competitive prices

Ordered two breakfast entrees at the Transit Road Depew location. Entrees come with toast but I asked for an English muffin for both entrees. I wasn't advised that it was an extra charge and it is not disclosed on the menu that it is extra and the price of a muffin by itself is not disclosed either and when I have ordered this in the past I was not charged extra for a muffin so I asked for an itemized receipt and an argument ensued whereby I was insulted about complaining about the $2 extra charge so I explained to the lady that it was not about the extra money it was about the fact that it was not explained to me and not disclosed in the menu and that I would like my money back what she gave me

First time at this location. We were seated immediately. Excellent chicken slovaki and hearty breakfast. Staff was wonderful. Very Clean.

Two Grubhub orders in a row, half the order shows up. How hard is it to have your employees read the ticket with simple instructions and follow them. It's ashame good restraunts went out of business during the pandemic, and here you are, no cares at all and still here. Shame on the owner all the way down.
