Pre-ordered our meals. Got the around 730 p m. Waited 15mins at the window. I noticed a line behind me. I pulled forward counted everything and went home. Found out that all the mcdoubles were wrong. We have a child that has a mild reaction to mustard. So anything ordered is with out it. Not allowed in home. I was going to go back but I remembered the 10+ cars in driveway thru. So I tried to call instead no answer...prices have gone up so much that u just can't accept tossing food out.
Such a long wait for food even if placing a mobile order. This is the most expensive McDonalds in the area!!!

it's just McDonald's. we understand. our expectations are already set accordingly. an employee simply needs to take an order and fill it correctly. sometimes they get it wrong. but the indifference of the manager to the complete incompetence of the "team" he likely trained is simply another harbinger of the total collapse of Western Civilization. there are plenty of great joints in WNY to get a decent meal. go to any of them rather than here.

Talk about the worst employees there ever was. Forget about ordering inside they completely ignore the counter like it doesn't exist. I spent a half hour waiting to pay for a meal for 4 kids, that got canceled, because the machine you order at didn't print a receipt. Then they tell me they don't have the order, and to reorder. Unbelievable. What do you expect though from people who work at McDonald's in the first place.

A Z is always friendly and attentive when we dine in at this location. Food also comes to us hot and the order is correct. The place is also very clean.
