My girlfriend and I were visiting the area from out of town, and with my being a (self proclaimed) taco connisseur, we of course HAD to try Mighty Taco, and WOW! The employees were great and worked together so well, and the food was amazing! I wish we had one around here!
I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location. Granted, I have never gone inside, rather using the drive-thru, so I can't speak for dining-in experience. Service is accurate, polite, and reasonable in speed. The product is consistent and put together in a manner that I'm not crossing my fingers I'm able to eat it without a full set of silverware like other locations can be, or for some reason, the tortilla is completely absorbed with liquid. I had the bowlitto last night and I had some hesitation thinking well.. rice is usually dry at these places but I will give it a go. It wasn't! Rice is my arch nemesis and I was able to eat it for 2 meals it was so full and moist. Super impressed. We will be back. It was our first but not last time!
