Never in my life have I gone to Moe's and experienced the miserablness I experienced tonight. I was not greeted which no big deal that's ok, but then I was asked "what do you want?" Literally those exact words. The female taking care of me like refused to give me extra sour cream didn't say one thing besides are you done while I was trying to order for myself my husband and my child. Not only was the in restaurant service terrible but my food was also terrible when I got home ten minutes later to eat it. I could have gone to might taco if I wanted the garbage I got tonight. Never had a problem with this location but the 3 people I delt with tonight should quit their job and get one they like because this was terrible service and terrible food.

Came for the first time to Moe's since moving here. Food was good. Service was awful. Got my change back and was handed a half of a 5 dollar bill. I asked if I could have a different one since I didn't think anywhere would accept a half of a 5 dollar. Lady was very rude and placed it back behind the register. I had to lift my daughter up to be able to reach our change and the girl proceeded to complain no one would accept that bill. Just completely rude. I am one to go out often but I Will not ever deal with people like that again...

Young man at the checkout should be trained better or fired. Not only was he rude and unhelpful, but didn’t bag the food correctly so part of my order was missing. Unfortunately we didn’t realize it until we got home.3/22 at 6:21pm.

So I’m writing this as I’m In the restaurant. The food ended up being really cold despite my quesadilla being grilled in front of me. When I go to the union road location in Cheektowaga (which is 10 minutes away) they grill it longer. Not a terrible misstep but something to watch out forThe other issue I ran into is that the cashier was the one who cut my quesedilla rather than the cook. This is a big no no in the industry as the cashier handles dirty money and can contaminate the food She also did not have gloves on when she cut it or when she grabbed my cup of guacamole.I’m presuming the cashier may be new. So I’m putting this review not to slam anyone, but to give some pointers. Nothing overtly bad about my experience but just wanted to give some constructive feedback

The literal worst Moes in the area. If you’re looking for a moes, I suggest going to the one in orchard park on southwestern boulevard. Anytime we have placed an order here, we get HALF the amount of food that we receive at other Moes and the young children working here are always incredibly rude and clearly don’t want to be there. Tonight we were in the area and just wanted to grab something quick and I suppose it was our mistake to come here because we placed an online order and didn’t receive the order, stood inside waiting, for an extra 45 minutes from when the order was supposed to be ready. Everytime we asked about the order, the children working here said “it’s coming”. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Something always goes wrong at this place.

Came to this location on transit and losson in the same lot at target and i used to come to this moes all of the time and it has gone downhill so fast. The place is filthy and they have nobody cleaning it there is food all over the floor and every single table to sit at was dirty and covered in food and garbage. I had ordered a stack which usually comes with queso on it which is also stated on the menu 3 feet away that it comes with queso but when ordering she told me it would be extra which i didn’t argue with because i just figured they switched it. The salsa bar was almost empty and everything looked like it’s been sitting there for like 3 days and yet again was filthy and covered in old and dry salsa. The freestyle soda machine which has the different flavors of soda was out of almost all of the flavorings so we politely asked if they could switch it or if they were just out entirely and the lady who we had asked rolled her eyes and got her manager in the back to do it after giving us plenty attitude. the atmosphere is just horrible and everyone seemed miserable and like they hated their jobs and frankly i don’t blame them. I will not be returning to this location again.

I have been a moes regular since I was in middle school. Usually always get either a stack or rice bowl. I was very sad to see when moes corporation got rid of the mushrooms and thought that was such a great ingredient in my stack. For the most part everytime I come here it’s pretty good. Its always about who is working. Usually when the older males are working the chips, food, and service is always spot on. If I had a piece of advice it would be to keep the service running smoothly and make sure managers are doing their jobs right.Parking: Lots of parkingKid-friendliness: Nice kiddy meals
Generally nice and clean. Always friendly staff. And to top it off, every time I order takeout it's ready on time if not early!

The food is always amazing and fresh. Reasonably priced in my opinion. Kids eat free on Sundays as well! My only complaint is when picking up a mobile order I have waited 30+ minutes multiple times even when there are not many customers in the restaurant.

Place is far from its glory days. A bowl of queso at 7$ is absolutely ubsurd! They got rid of combos so everything is a la carte! Got rid of pork, and other items after they already skimp on the food they give you!!! Charge you xtra for white chicken ???. 41$ for two meals one drink and queso for fast food that’s sitting there dryed out!! Save your money and just go to Salsarita’s where it’s good and fresh every time! Only thing Moe’s has left is better queso other than that Salsarita’s is miles better!

I love MOE's but never visited this location until this evening. I brought it back to my hotel room and basically had to throw it away. The chips were so salty they were inedible. The bowl that I got was old. The food was obviously sitting there all day. Gross and very disappointed
