Disappointed. If I had to title this would be "past glory". You drive into the lot which is full of pot holes. Inside things felt neglected and old. Carpets were dirty. Was seated adjacent to Perla which then had loud music. Service was fine food not so much. Oysters not properly shucked, onion soup had oily film on top, my entre was bland and prices very inflated. Sorry seems chef Ramsay needs a visit to help them out but seems ownership has stopped caring

Not what it once was. Scheduled a funeral luncheon knowing that Salvatore's could handle it and we wouldn't have to worry about anything, especially under the circumstances. Well we were wrong... they weren't ready for us upon arrival. They had the wrong time, set us up for a buffet, when plated meals were ordered and didn't have the vegetable. They hustled to serve us with an average meal and ice cold dessert. No apology, no adjustment to the bill...no more Salvatore's for us.

If your looking forward to a steak at the steak house turn around and go somewheres else, the worst steak i ever had in my life, the sides mashed potato and veggies was the only thing that tasted halfway decent, the steak was faaaaaaking terrible! The salad tasted cheap, and the bread was 100 years old! Staff was good nice atmosphere terrible food!

I never write reviews for places but I was really disappointed with this place. I was there with my partner celebrating are anniversary and I have never felt more judged and unwelcome in a restaurant before. From the moment we walked in We were getting dirty looks from employees. We were in proper dress code, and everything, and the looks just continued throughout the Evening. I could very, obviously see Waiters and waitresses, pointing and laughing and constant side, eyes and giggling. I got the 1/2 rack of lamb Which was VERY underwhelming. It wasn’t bad, but it also wasn’t great either. My partner got a steak which was completely cooked wrong. He asked for medium and it was VERY Rare. Not to mention, both of our dishes were either cold or lukewarm And took 45 minutes to come out. We were there at dinner for almost 3 hours for just 2 dinners. We would watch people get seated about 30 minutes after us and leave 30 minutes or so before us. We didn’t order a lot either, but it felt like they were purposely ignoring us And very obviously not giving us the same treatment as other guest there. I wanted nothing more but to leave that place! And we ended up stopping somewhere else on the way home for food. I am very disappointed in this place, and will never be returning nor recommending to anyone I know personally.

Seated fairly quickly. Ordered our food and waited nearly 45 mins for the food to come. Place was half filled. Two couples at two different tables got their food before us (we were seated before them). The food was alright- not worth how much they charge. The lobster was dried out (again- for the price they charge it wasn't worth it).

I’ve been here multiple times. I’ve spent a lot on dinner here. I booked a reservation for Valentine’s Day for my wife and I. My wife came down with the flu. I called to cancel. They refused to cancel it without charging me $25 per person. I called early in the day. Our reservation was for 9pm. They could easily fill a spot there on such a busy day. Yet they show their greed is more important than their customers. I won’t be returning. I won’t be missing out because there are plenty of other places that provide better food and service. I really used to enjoy it here, but I think this is a very poor way of handling reservations.

Great place and great food, not sure if it was because of Valentine's Day but everyone at most of the tables didn't have knives to cut steak. They brought some out we shared when we asked. Other than that great food and service.
