Even though they were very busy, service was quick. The food was fantastic and the beer cold.We had a medium pizza and wings. Best pizza I’ve had in western New York. The wings were good and hot (temperature).Will definitely frequent this restaurant again.
What happened to this place? Went there two times in a row and service was terrible. But we get it, everyone is short handed. So we went there for dinner today, and they don't serve any bottled or draft beer anymore? Except for the stuff they brew?

Stopped in on a Sunday evening for dinner and we ordered a large pizza and a turkey sub the food was delicious and came out super quick. Our server was Victoria who has waited on us several times in the past, she was polite, courteous, fast and a pleasure to talk to. Always a great dining experience. Five stars to Victoria.

Our first time there, and it WILL NOT be the last time!!! Everything was delicious. We tried a few things, and not one thing was bad in any way!!!
We contacted santora’s about bringing our field trip group into the restaurant for lunch and they welcomed us, set up our order and tables ahead of time, had excellent food and service, and accommodated any extra needs we had. It was a 10/10 experience.Kid-friendliness: We brought a group of 25 teenagers here for lunch, they were very understanding and accommodating.
Got a sheet pizza for a promotion at work and it was perfect. A true staple of Buffalo food there is a reason they have been around for about 100

They used to have the best antipasto salad. I always order without onion because I am very allergic. The last several times I have ordered, I get it home and there is onion. This time I opened it in the car, again there was onion. I don't know why they can't get an order straight. I'm going somewhere else.

We came here today from Canada, for my birthday, and will probably never return! Not sure if it has changed ownership or the cooks are different from a few years ago when we did like the place. First off the prices are horrific! For a 6 slice and 15 boneless wings it was $38.00 which is close to $50.00 Canadian. Unheard of in Canada to pay that price! The pizza and boneless wings came, and the pizza is definitely not as good as it was a few years back. It was a bit soggy, the crust was close to 2 inches think(YUK), and I asked for banana peppers and it had jalapeno on it. The boneless wings I couldn`t eat at all. I wanted medium wing sauce, and in Canada medium sauce is a combo of barbecue sauce and hot sauce. These wings were greasy and tasted like butter sauce! They made me sick! My husband got the calzone, and there was hardly anything inside. it was basically folded dough with a few items in it!! Sadly we used to love it here, but won`t be back!

Their pizza is consistently delicious and perfectly cooked no crusts left in the box, every last crumb was tasty. And their subs are huge fresh and delicious and carefully boxed to arrive as appetizing and mouth watering as it was leaving their beautiful

Delicious chicken wings, tasted like dry rub seasoning on it, and cheese & pepperoni pizza to go with it. Yummy! But expensive, like everywhere else. 15 wings, large cheese & pepperoni pizza $50, plus they gave us an extra slice to go.

Went to visit my 83 year old Mom & she offered to buy dinner. We chose to try Santora’s again as the last time we had the pizza it was mostly dough. Well this time it was absolutely awful!! As were the chicken fingers. You would think the employee filling the boxes would’ve noticed the cheese & pepperoni pizza was black ? burnt & the fingers were nothing but grease. $50 later out to the garbage.It’s a shame because when Mom 1st moved to the area a few years ago, on other occasions we had good food. The manager should be more attentive. Whatever happened to having pride in the product a company is providing.
