Place sux. The owner who makes the subs will chince you on the meat. He doesn’t like coupons and will tell you right away what subs aren’t eligible with the coupon. Place is filthy and smells like a toilet. Never again at this

Ordered 2 subs online. Person made the wrong sub totally for me. I ordered a steak with 2x cheese, I received a chicken sub with no cheese. Both subs were made with minimal amounts of extra ingredients. Terribly made food in general. I will not go back to this location ever.

First time I was there in years. Went inside first to use the restroom. The restroom smelled like mold and moth balls. Then I went through the drive thru. No hello welcome to subway or anything friendly to say. Just a hard to understand foreign man saying yeah what do you want. Very unprofessional.I said I had a coupon from the paper for a half foot sub. Automatically he said the owner dont except coupons at all. What the heck? I saw a man storming out of the restaurant because after he gave them a few coupons for 4 full subs. They would not take the coupons. So subway wasted 4 full subs. In which he never paid them after I talked to him. Good for them. Very bad service. Goto another subway. Not this trashy one.

Every so often you get to see a business right before it's shut down and that's what I see at this Subway, the service had been poor recently but my experience on Monday was the next level. I placed an order on the app for 2 subs, I arrived at the restaurant and waited while the only person on duty finished with another customer. When I told him I had an online order he pulled some tickets from the register and started to go and make the sandwiches, he stated what the order was and I was like no that wasn't mine and provided my name again. He looked and said he did not have the order. I double checked the app to make sure it went through which it did and I was charged for it. I tried to explain that but he became dismissive and when another customer came in he just ignored me, I asked for a number to call to at least get the charge waived and he just said it's on the app. I checked the app which has no real way to contact them directly. I had to dispute on my credit card but worse had to make other arrangements for food in the 11th hour. I don't know who owns this franchise but it's obvious they are not hiring the best of the best. I won't go back.

After waiting for 15 min in the drive thru because they kept leaving from my order to help new customer that came inside, I finally received my veggie patty sub with the veggie patty literally frozen! Also they forgot my cheese :/

The employee that works Monday around lunch is not very good. Doesn’t change his gloves after handling cash. The lettuce was browning, I asked if there was any fresher lettuce I could have and was told no. He gave attitude when he messed up and I asked him to correct it.

On a Friday at 12:20pm they had no lunch meats, no cookies and minimal bread. The store looked like it was ready to close. If you’re a sandwich shop and can’t make a sandwich just close your doors.

This is apparently what they consider a $9 salad to consist of. Missing a bit of salad huh? This is why I always go to the one on Walden instead. This location is cheap af and will skimp you hardcore.
