I was very disappointed and sad to say I won't be going back! My family stopped by to grab something to eat and we see the lights on and the sign says they are open from 11 till 7 and the employe had their family tell us they are closed and closed the door in our face even tho it says it's open. Be professional!

I’m furious. I get to the shop at 7:50 from a workout to get some food and I see the person inside locking the door, preventing me from getting the food I desire even though I was there before they were closed. The person looked me in the face and didn’t care to let me in. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

So this subway just open back up with new management and honestly, this is now my new favorite subway!! Their Italian herb and cheese bread is always cooked perfectly. They make the best subs and is the best subway in Erie to be honest with you. If you want quick, friendly and perfectly made subs, come here!!!

Today is October 10, 2020....this will come into play.. I placed my order via website for curbside pickup. When I get to the store and call for them to bring me the food I get "I was just about to call you. You are the first person to order curbside and our management has informed us we cannot bring the food to the vehicles due to Covid". People were going in and out of that door and that is safer than bringing the food to a car? And I am THE FIRST person to order curbside at your store? The poor girl was just spewing lies that management was forcing her to say. It's disgusting and I will NEVER go to this location again.

My mom and I recently wanted to due something nice for Well Now Urgent Care staff who were wonderful, caring, and went out of there way last week when she came in on 8/7/2020.Dawn at this particular Subway was pleasent, patient , thoughtful on arranging and cutting 5 different foot long subs, placing condiements in seperate containers and packaging everything up neat on a catering platter. Dawn was a welcome change, for her extra attentiveness and going the extra mile. Defintly would retun back to this location in the future for the excellent customer service received.
Good and bad. Kaitlyn is always in such a good mood and makes the best subs. She is so kind. There was a guy in there today as well... dont know his name. I was there at 1230. This is the second time I've seen him in there and both times he has been rude. Never smiles and makes you feel like you're bothering him. He shouldn't be in the food service industry if he cant be pleasant. Also... he may have been under the influence of drugs or alcohol... dropping things, mumbling and leaning.

This place is a joke. Don't go there. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. They have fleas and rats and the employees touch food with their bare hands when preparing it. They will use the same meats and breads for DAYS before throwing it out. I used to work here and was probably the only employee that actually cared about the customers.
