I feel bad leaving this review as the staff at this location are always so kind! But in the past 2 weeks I’ve gotten a plain bagel with cream cheese at least 5 times due to pregnancy cravings. Each time, I pay the extra $1 for “regular” cream cheese instead of light and most of the time this is what I get. There was ONE time I felt like they actually put on a little more than this amount and it felt like worth it to pay extra. Ever since, I continue to give them extra money just to end up with this amount of cream cheese. I’m sorry but if this is considered “regular” amount, what would a light amount of cream cheese look like? Because I can’t imagine putting on less than this. Sincerely, a pregnant woman that just wants some cream cheese on her bagel when she pays extra to get it!!

Almost 2 hrs before close and the dining area was closed and they had NOTHING as far as food. We were told that they already threw out all the food, including donuts and would only serve us beverages.

5 / 6 mins in line with out moving, when I finally get to the window they gave me a sandwich/I order a coffee, then when I complained about the wait and wrong order another employee shut the window in my face , so I after left I realized I didn’t receive my change ! And to top it off my coffee order was wrong. People in the drive through with large orders should have to go inside .this wasn’t worth it for over priced coffee/ if I could have left Azeri star I would have

Apparently the owner dies not know or care that ny st health dept states that all persons are to use hats,caps,or hair nets while working with food. Beards also fall under the category of "hair" and are required to be covered with a net. There is one employee that works there that is constantly scratching and playing with his beard while handling the food this is so unsanitary. I saw this once and never went back.

Check your gift cards after use . Payed with a 50 gift card Liz at the window swapped out my gift card and gave me one with a zero balance. Drove back was given a hard time got card back but if I didn't notice they would have kept it. She laughed at me and closed window in my face. Not sure what scam they are pulling but check card before you leave sure they have done it before to unsuspecting customers who are in a hurry or don't pay that close attention. Should get no stars but would not let me post without hitting one

What happened? The coffee is weak. Flavorless. Bland. Their breakfast sandwiches are mediocre and overpriced. Donuts are consistently okay. Staff is friendly but I'm not paying $4 dollars for a cup of tea-flavored coffee with a smile. During peak hours, the line extends onto Transit Road, which is a hazard. I'm done with Tim Horton's until they can get their -ish together. I just want a cheap cup of coffee that tastes like coffee without having to go to the Target Starbucks!Parking: During peak hours their line extended onto Transit Road and into the neighboring parking lot. Their slow service is going to get someone killed.

I just went through the drive thru and my order came up very fast. The employees are very polite and friendly also. One particular employee, his name is DJ. Excellent worker. Thank you DJ for your service. And to mention the food was nice and hot. The employees did a great job!Parking: A nice clean decent size parking lot.
