I go here during the morning rush, maybe once a week and it’s usually quite busy. Staff is generally friendly, but my order (a bagel, toasted twice, with butter) is right about 1/10 times. Sometimes it’s partially right, and sometimes it’s like I got somebody else’s food. I get that it’s busy, but that’s the job. And the order is rather simple. I recently popped into this Tim Horton's on a whim with my son for breakfast. We ordered ahead on the app to pick up in the store and dine in. When we arrived, the manager working the register was very friendly, and informed us that they were unfortunately out of hash browns, a part of the wraps my son ordered.
