Update on 4/5- I have filled out the complaint form over a week ago and not even an acknowledgement of receiving it. Wow!Ordered Chicken sliders and it was literally a chicken nugget on the bun. For $2.19 I think this is way overpriced! Plus fries were cold.

Food is always good, management in there are TERRIBLE. Today on September 30th at 12:49pm, I had a bad experience with management about a cup of ranch. I took the situation very in a very professional manner. I asked for an extra cup of ranch and they looked very frustrated with me, even charged me to be petty. They made it a big deal all over a cup of ranch at the drive through window on Erie Blvd Syracuse Ny

I love the roast beef sandwich w curly fries and a side order of mozzarella sticks. And a nice big milk shake yum.Parking: Not very busy the day we stopped by so there were plenty of free places to park or u can use the drive thru
