This is one of "Best" Ralph's Famous Italian Ice store on Long Island. This location has had a complete makeover. You can now go inside to order or just go thru the drive-thru. There are benches and seating outside. The staff is by far some of the friendliest, especially the 2 boy cousins. Great Job!

Smelled like urine, enough said. Makes sense why they have a drive thru. They were surprised to see a customer at the front door. Beware health hazard.

I can't even tell you how amazing this place is. I've been coming here since the day of opened and it's always a joy! I got to try a bunch of flavors before choosing 4 to go. Loved the Malibu bay breeze and the Caribbean something something. Honestly every flavor tastes so yummy the water ices are best in town!!

Seems like a “staple” summer stop, but the Dix Hills location could do with a bit of a facelift. It’s noisy on Jericho Turnpike, so I understand the thought behind lack of outside seating, but I’d still enjoy something more than the plastic deck chairs out there.The ice cream was fine, but nothing so incredible. And maybe I’m just not the target market, but the dairy ices didn’t really do it for me.
