This Dunkin isn't very friendly at all. Walked in said good morning nothing no line still both women didn't ask for my order or ask what can I get you. Nope just walked straight past me to go get boxes. I'm from brooklyn NY just visiting family will never return to this Dunkin. Starburst great experience!!!

I've been to other Dunkin Donuts, but this one seems to be the worst one ever. A couple years ago, I had an issue with them when it came to being serviced and an issue with the food. I made a complaint and the manager at that time seemed very caring, but I didn't return. Fast forward to yesterday, I went into this establishment with a coupon for a Large Hot Coffee for $1.99 and asked the guy (Luis) behind the register if I can substitute it for a Caramel Macchiato. He automatically said that the register won't recognize it and that I can't use the coupon. He didn't even try. He then proceeded to ask me again what I wanted and I told him again. He then thought he was repeating what I asked for, but he asked me if I said that I wanted a Hot Chocolate with Caramel! I don't know how the 2 sound the same, but then I told him no and said it again what I wanted. Mind you, I was getting it for my boss. I make it back to my office and my boss tasted his drink, to find out that it isn't what he asked for. He said that it did taste like a Hot Chocolate with Caramel, but then had an after taste of green tea (Idk). So he asked me to call them up and ask for a refund. The same guy answered the phone, but he answered it as if it was his own phone by just saying "hello". He tells me to come in there today to speak with the manager and get a refund. So I go in this morning and the person behind the register just allows me to stand there for about 10 minutes (maybe about 5 more ppl walk in) and then she decides to yell for someone to come out and help with the line. When the manager comes to the register, I explain to her the situation and she happened to be the one that I needed to speak with (Lisbeth) and she just had no type of emotion. She didn't even bother to say sorry that I had to go through that or nothing. This will be my last time ever giving that location my money!!!!! I don't get how they are still in business. They can't keep workers, they don't seem to be able to keep management either. Soon they're going to lose customers and be forced to close business. They need to have people that are more efficient and that actually listen to what the customers are requesting.

This dunkin donuts is amazing I especially love when this young lady named Darlene makes my drink , she's the only one that can get it right sadly , and her customer service is spectacular I do have one bad thing to say the customer service there at night is the worst most of the time the store is not Clean ..
