Pizza is good. Spanish man in front very rude. Does not clarify they do not offer small pies so assumed you went a medium instead of clarifying there’s only “minis” when calling for pickup. When I arrived and asked about the options he snatched a menu out of my sons hand. My family and I are regulars here from multiple households I will make sure we will never be back.

So I'm not big on making reviews. It is my first time visiting New York City. But this pizza joint went above and beyond with their service and their Pizza. By far this pizzeria has the best pizza I've ever had in my life. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to New York.

If you order a pizza or sicilian pie it can be a complete mess. Too oily sometimes with the cheese literally drooping off or burnt from being reheated - They don't take pride in their food, its very sloppy and quite frankly they don't respect their repeat customers. This place is unfortunately the only game in town for pizza in the neighborhood and that seems to keep them in business. I wouldn't bother with anything else on the menu if they can't make a pizza or sicilian consistently good. Don't waste your money on this place!

I entered this pizza shop while experiencing a personal emergency. My phone was dead and I was hysterically crying. I was greeted with the most warm energy. The staff helped immediately by charging my phone, giving me pizza and water so I can eat, lifting my spirits with their funny banter. I will never forget how kind they treated me during this time. & when I finally calmed down to eat, the pizza was 10/10. Highly recommended, tell them the crazy crying girl sent you.

We flew in from Virginia on an early flight. Our 8 year old wanted pizza so we stopped here. Everything was NY from top to bottom and we were greeted, treated well, and fed well by Steven! What a hoot he is. My son talked about him for the whole trip. Thank you, Airways for a great meal and good memoriesKid-friendliness: Made my son feel welcome!

The pizza hit the spot! The service was great. Steven was super kind and funny, made the experience super fun.
Worst avoid this restaurant at all cost. My first and last time ordering there was a medium pepperoni pizza to be delivered, when driver arrived was colder than fridge and I had to warm up using microwave. I don’t recommend anyone ordering at airways pizza.
