Really ehh this place has shitty reviews. I use to work for this company. I tried my best to run a full service. Half he staff wanted to be lazy and not clean and the main owners were ok with. I In one had a passion for coffee and loved my job. They were bad people. And didn't give me the recognition I deserved. I helped make them sales and have 100% customer service. Sadly the owner fired the good people cause he was cheap and careless.

Mediocre service at best (the guy working was sweeping and didn't really look up for a solid minute or so). The latte machine was down so I got a cup of tea instead -- and hot water and a teabag are pretty hard to foul up. They serve Stash tea, which is a solid choice. Looking at the other reviews here, I'm kind of glad I didn't get anything else ...

Do never ever get coffee there. Is old and it would make you sick.....ok to get a bagel!

The worst. Ordered ham, egg and cheese on a bagel. Eggs were green. How are the eggs green. What part of living in the bagel capital of the world - hasn't taught you. NEVER MICROWAVE a bagel. The worst and cranky pots!!!! I think the health department needs to check this place out.

Eggs were green and the English muffin was not even toasted . The girl behind the counter seemed like she would rather be getting a root canal. Threw the sandwich away and went somewhere else for breakfast. Gross!

Disorganized, often curt service. Took over 15 minutes to get two smoothies and three bagels and was yelled at for reminding them that we had ordered two smoothies when they gave only one.

A truly sub par experience. My frustration initially stemmed from being up charged an extra $0.69 for soy milk. In a time when soy milk is equal to if not cheaper than dairy this is outrageous! Additionally they charged an extra $0.79 for a minuscule amount of vanilla syrup which I couldn't even taste in my latte. This probably could have been easily overlooked if the coffee was good but it wasn't. It was terrible at best. Then, just to put icing on the cake, the pecan danish was about as dry as the Sahara desert and nearly impossible to eat as it shattered and broke apart like peanut brittle. In summary, I paid $10.47 when I could have had a better experience spending $4 on pre packaged foods at a 7-11. I wouldn't refer even my most dire adversary to this establishment.

The worst ever. Half cups of coffee, terrible quiche, terrible wait service. Seriously you have the opportunity to be the best with your location. Facility dirty. I'm sure if this had the alpha rating it would be a "d". In fact why doesn't it have to show a rating? Are they exempt? Could someone smile? 20 people and all you hear from waitress is "one minute please....One minute please". Truly dirty tables old toothpick ls on floors....did I say we are here at 900 am? AWFUL!!!!

Just met a nice employee who helped me find a place in the airport with some food at 3:30 am!

I got there around 10:30 pm on a Sunday night. It was the only place open in the LaGuardia food court. I was looking at the pastries and noticed that they were "moving". Upon closer examination, I saw that a variety of flies were crawling around the exterior of the various baked goods. Not only that, a few pests emerged from the interior of the food, and I was instantly reminded of an ant farm, only this one was constructed from sugar dough.

Horrible, disorganized service. The cashier was so eager to get off work, half of her uniform was strung around her neck, while the other lady was frantically trying to make drinks and food. After 15 minutes of waiting, it's finally my turn and the girl eager to leave, dashes for the door while the other girl is barely managing to finish preparing the smoothie. Finally I get to order and they run out of milk tea boba. The girl was so unbelievably rude. "We don't have tapioca balls!" ...Like an a*** Never coming back here.

Worst DD I've ever been to. Want to sub a hot coffee with an iced coffee w/ your meal? Nope. They charge everything individually. This location gives DD a bad name.

Want iced coffee instead of hot in your combo? Too bad, no substitutions. So lame. Go to Au Bon Pain instead.
