I ordered thru Grubhub, my order was missing 1 item, the tacu tacu was burned, the chicken I ordered with rice & beans, it came with fries and salad. I called the restaurant about the missing item, they opologized and told me it happened because it was raining and they were busy. What a joke of an excuse, they did delivered the missing item 1 hour later, when my family had finished dining. I have eaten in the restaurant before, the service & food was excellent, but I will never order delivery again!!

Food is delicious! Havent tried a plate that doesnt feel like home to me. Aji de gallina , tallarines verdes, arrroz chaufa... Everytime i go I try a different plate and they never disappoint.

Delicious criolla food, my mom loved it, she said: "like my mom used to cook". I ate a Churrasco a lo pobre that was very rico yummy . Good location at just 10 min from La Guardia airport and excellent service.

Love coming here for my arroz con pollo & Doña Pepa cookies, but especially their chicha morada.... brought some friends here & they liked the food as well. Definitely recommend this mom-pop type of restaurant ❤️

FIRST AND LAST TIME ORDERING. CHARGED $34 FOR A TINY QUARTER CHICKEN LOADED WITH FRIES AND STEAK AND FRIES...GOT RICE AND FRIES WITH FEW PIECES OF STEAK STRIPS. NO KETCHUP...THIEVES! FOOD WAS NOT GOOD EITHER. I DONT KNOW HOW THEY STAY OPEN

Okay so I was debating with the rating can't really give the place a 3 1/2. I have had a lot of Peruvian food this place is just alright. Maybe a Peruvian doesn't make the food. The chofan was decent if lacked a little flavor, but it wasn't terrible. It had one mussel and 2 shrimps in a big $23 Plate. They left the stem in the yuca fries and all ppl that make yuca frita know you're suppose to take that off. The sauce was very "liquidy " more like a dressing. Flavor wasn't bad just the consistency wasn't right. I'm not sure if I'd try this place again, if I wanted Peruvian food. I mainly ordered food from here because it was on my way home from work

Definitely won't go back .. don't have Peruvian taste .. they have a mex as a cook -_- could be y it don't taste good .. there breakfast could be way better .. if ur not Peruvian and u like this spot then u fail to eat real Peruvian food go check urubamba...

Please Look that the person who packs the food did not have the mask correctly and when he goes to pack he puts it on and then charges in. cash. and does not wash his hands. if you touch the mask you should not touch the food.
