25 years enjoying this restaurant, always good breakfast or a good lunch of the day; but today they gave me a CRAP for lunch, good soup and a plate of rice with salad and their fried plantain. I complained and the response was that the meat was in the soup. What a shame to give a star ?

WELL MY EXPERIENCE THIS TIME WAS NOT GOOD. IF I HAD THE OPTION OF ZERO STAR I WOULD GIVE IT SINCE I ARRIVED THE BAD ATTENTION REMALA I THINK THE LADIES WERE BAD AND THEY WERE TAKING OUT ON THE CUSTOMERS.ORDER A LUNCH OF THE DAYTOSTONE SOUPSTEWED MEATSALAD AND MATURE RICEAND IT CAME TO ME WITH ROASTED MEAT, IT WAS NO LONGER A PROBLEM BUT WHEN I EATEN THE RICE, IT WAS HORRIBLE. WHEN YOU GO TO EAT IN A COLOMBIAN RESTAURANT, YOU EXPECT TO EAT GRAINED RICE WITH RICH FLAVOR, BUT IT WAS NOT HORRIBLE, IT LOOKED LIKE RICE FROM THE PREVIOUS DAY. I TOLD THE WAITRESS AND IF I EXCHANGED IT FOR A WORSE ONE, THEY GAVE ME THE SCRATCH AND THE STICK IN THE END I DIDN'T EAT IT. IT'S INCREDIBLE THEY DON'T HAVE LEMON I WANTED TO EAT MY SOUP WITH LEMON AND SPICY BUT THEY DID NOT HAVE GMOTHE SALAD HAS NO DRESSING THEY SERVE IT WITHOUT DRESSING BUT THEY DON'T HAVE THE KINDNESS TO BRING THE OIL VINEGAR SALT I HAD TO ASK FOR.AND I WAS AFRAID TO CALL THE WAITRESSES.THEY ARE NOT ATTENTIVE TO THE CUSTOMERS THEY WERE TALKING AND ON THE CELL PHONEI ASKED FOR A CUP TO CARRY MY SOUP AND THEY BROUGHT IT TO ME JUST LIKE THIS WITHOUT A BAG OR ANYTHING. It's time to change personnel right now. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE of the employees (Wednesday at noon) they serve you with the worst face I have ever seen in the area. I have lived in the area for approximately 30 years. They seem to be working in a place they don't like.As for the food, it is incredible that on a Wednesday at 1:00 pm they serve reheated rice from the previous day (dry, cold, hard and scrambled) and when we asked if they would be so kind as to change the order of rice for another, they gave us back what same (but a little hotter) of the same quality dry, hard with pieces of cold glue.I won't go back there not only for the food, I won't go back for THE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

This place is honestly a waste. Food is trash and they never follow instructions they request payment before you get your food which I find ridiculous I ordered a picada and it came with 90% chicken. And they NEVER HAVE PINK SAUCE WHICH IS HONESTLY RIDICULOUS. the staff is extremely rude every one there is a “manger” when we spoke to a staff memeber on the phone she hung up on me several times. Tuesday at 6:15pm the women who kept picking up the phone refused to give her name and refused to tell us when we can contact the owner never coming back here !!!!!!!!!!!! Posted a picture of the rude employe I has the displeasure of speaking to

I had the Paella Rice ' Tostones with pork chicharon -- the food was great! I had the dragon fruit Don Q drink -- it could be less sweet. Overall it's a cool place to come eat on a down day. If you can't tolerate waiting on line to eat, avoid coming on a special holiday lol the place is small

They are not attentive, much less cordial with customers, the food is very average, in addition to the drinks! “My experience trying to contact the Nueva Colombia Restaurant at 6 in the morning to place a breakfast order was extremely disappointing. Upon calling, I expected to receive information about the menu, but instead I was met with poor and unprofessional customer service. The person who answered my call was not helpful at all; Instead of providing me with details about the breakfasts available, he simply urged me to check the menu on Google before calling to place my order. This response was frustrating and unwelcoming. As a customer, I expected to receive friendly and helpful assistance, but instead I was met with an indifferent and unhelpful attitude. This experience left me with a very negative impression of the restaurant and their customer service over the phone. I hope that in the future, the Nueva Colombia Restaurant can improve its customer service and provide a more satisfactory experience to its customers from the first telephone contact.”

I know that Colombian food is very good, but not what restaurant this day. Terrible presentation and taste of food. Simple attention. And there is a smell in the place like chukia or dirty cloth, it doesn't smell bad. The coffee was just good... The beans were horrible, something so simple to make. In short, I don't recommend it.
