There were lots of cars outside which I knew was a good sign! It's a very casual Dominican takeout spot near La Guardia Airport and a friend and I were looking for a quick breakfast. They had pre-made food at a hot bar behind the counter. Staff was friendly and we were served quickly. Food was hot and delicious!

A small, mostly carry-out Dominican restaurant within walking distance of the Laguardia Marriott hotel. Delicious mofongo, and very friendly staff who helped me navigate a menu and a cuisine that was new to me. Highly recommend!
LaGuardia Cafe was recommended by a friend, I have to say the cafe did not disappoint. It's a small place, that serves Dominican food, but I have to say the food was amazing. My wife had the Pork Mofongo and I had the White Rice and Beans with the BBQ RIbs. Both dishes were delicious, had both of us smiling at each other. The service was on point, friendly, very attentive to our needs and always made sure we were ok. Will definitely recommend it to family and friends. If you're in the mood for Spanish food, this is the place.

The food is good however the customer service is horrible. The woman are rude... They take the order and make numerous mistakes.

The food is very good. They have excellent service. I recommend it.Vegetarian options: THEY HAVE FOOD WITH SALAD AND SNACKS.Kid-friendliness: THEY HAVE SPACE FOR CHILDREN AND CENTERS.Wheelchair accessibility: THE ENTRANCE IS SPACIOUS AND BATHROOM ALSO.
Clean bathroom, food is very good. If you going to for a very nice seat down lunch or dinner might not be the best. Not fancy but convenience. Fast eating.

First, the food was awesome. BBQ ribs had good flavor. I also had a cheese empanada that was impressive and steamed vegetables. The servers were all nice and pleasant, bringing the food to the table and even adding to our order without us heading back to the counter. My friend asked for beef and the server broight beans. When he went to correct the issue, they did so without issue. The store was a bit cramped, but I don't think it was designed for dine in. I'd would return.
I honestly don't know how this place has anything over 2 stars. The food is below average (my husbands rice was flavorless, the beans needed help, the chicken stew didn't even have potatoes or carrots, etc) and it's overpriced!!! Sorry but I don't recommend this place.

Just a few blocks from LaGuardia Airport, LaGuardia Cafe has Puerto Rican food hot and ready. A hot bar has meals ready to go for most of the day or you can order off of the menu. Plenty of local traffic getting filling meals. I haven't had mofongo for several years and made the walk on a long layover in New York. Far better than anything in the airport. I would also eat here on an airport layover. Nice ladies working the counter and as long as you are off peak hours there should be some seating available.

This is the last time I eat, now that they're hiring all these Venezuelan from around the area now. They rob you credit card they add tip without even asking you. This place is going down.
