I really like the value, bean salsa, very friendly. I prefer here over Chipotle.

I like their food normally, Lately its been getting worse and worse everytime i go. Last few trip the chips are cold. The servings are getting smaller. The owner is always rude to his employees and customers. I usually stop once/week but i might not be going back now

This is the worst Mexican replica place I've ever been to. The women acts like she understands you but dose what ever she feels to you're food. After I asked by the cheese is not melted she laughs "hahahah hehehehe" then proceeds to bag my food. I will never be coming here again. I don't recommend anyone else either.

I absolutely love the Hot Harry's Brand and fell in love with it in Massachusetts in their Pittsfield and Dalton locations. When I moved to East Greenbush I was excited to see a Hot Harry's by me. My absolute favorite thing about the brand is their Burrito of the Month. After trying on 3 separate times during 3 separate months the location was unable to make the Burrito of the Month because they don't have the correct ingredients or they ran out.The staff is always really apologetic about the situation and explain that they get the ingredients late and run out early, but even a planned visit halfway in the month on the 15th has shown to make no difference. They never have the right stuff. Also no ranch sauce?

Beware if you order tacos on door dash it will only come with meat even though door dash lists lettuce, cheese and salsa as included in every taco.

$15 for a modestly sized burrito that fell apart halfway through eating it? I don't think I'll be back.

Didn’t even bother eating it. Ground beef and pork looked absolutely awful. Chicken looked old and dried out. This was 5pmish on a weeknight. $11 for 2 tacos… gets steeper from there. No thanks!

The food seemed very fresh. We got the classic griller which is basically a taco stacked and grilled between a tortilla shell. Rice and beans, grilled chicken, quac, salsa and queso!! All very good. Will definitely be back!

It's fast-casual Mexican, just like it's primary competitors, with one critical difference: Hot Harry's isn't afraid to bring the heat! I get the Inferno Burrito every time and I am never disappointed. Great flavor, bursting with heat, and reasonably priced!

Steak burrito was flavorless. Chips were also stale. Two burritos and a coke came to almost $30…. Crazy.
