This is the second time we dined at 1770, and both times it has been outstanding. I will never forget their summer corn soup in the summer of, I want to say, 2021. Warm atmosphere in a historic house with classic old world décor. From cocktails to appetizers everything looked and tasted wonderful! Took my daughter for her 36th bday and she was very happy!

Ate there only...priced as expected.Food & drinks: My partner found that a good fish wasn't well served w/a sauce of lobster.. (sometimes simple rings the bell!) Sadly nothing vegetarian or gluten-free offered - (mashed potatoes a bit watery?) Creme brule cinnamon-y?? We ate in the downstairs bar - described by true friends as 'cosy'... the service was perfect! It's always full it seems so res a good idea.
