Shrimp taco special was delicious, enchiladas large portion fresh taste, chips and unique chipotle salsa refreshing change from pico type salsa. Seasoned well not salty. Definitely revisit worthy.Plus good parking.
This place is super busy for a reason. The food is outstanding with fresh ingredients and ample portions. Everything we had was phenomenal. The bus boys worked diligently to clear tables. They brought chips and salsa as soon as we sat down and came back to fill out water glasses. We had a new server and she was very sweet. I'm sitting in Del Fuego as I write this as I eat my complimentary chips and salsa. Sal our waiter is amazing he knows everything on the menu and is willing to change the regular menu items to accommodate our tastes I ordered the taco of the month which is so delicious it should be added to the menu. The fries are crispy and some of the best I've had anywhere. We are also enjoying a chimichanga which is loaded with filling and deep fried to perfection.
