Every time I go to this Dunkin Donuts, the workers, for some reason, are very rude. I was trying to get a gift card out of my purse and the gentleman working the window became very impatient and rude. It only took me about 30 seconds to reach in my wallet for the card. There was no one behind me on line. Then when I got to the window the cup was 3/4 full.

I love going here in between work or other errands, staff is so accommodating and drinks are so good!Customers are always nasty, I am a former barista and hated working in this area. These employees deserve better.Thanks for the Bougie iced coffee, Dunkin! I always love it :)

I only come here for hot chocolate; on rare occasions, I will get something from the Baskin-Robbins in the same store as well. The service is frustratingly slow, even when you are the only person in the store. Forget about it if there's a line. Also, if there's a line on the Dunkin side, there usually isn't anyone available to work the Baskin side. The prices also seem to be more expensive than similarly-sized items at 7-11, but they're lucky I don't care for 7-11 hot chocolate.

Ordered 3 milkshakes here... they mostly tasted like milk and syrup, hardly any ice cream taste at all.

They need to clean up the place…garbage is usually overflowing..tables are always dirty..I bring my own wipes..they could make outside area more presentable and put a new handle on the one door it’s been off for the longest time
