Today, I went to the store to buy few things with a gift card. When I asked for the balance they did not know answer me because they do not idea how to process the old card. (The manager said is an old card) but that is not a good answer from the manager. They never could not help me. So, I lost the money in the card? It is important how to work with a customer and fine a good solution. Terrible and bad customer service.

I Got a gift card from this place, came to use it an buy stuff, spent 40 minutes to use and no one knows how to, I had to pay cash and I was asked to come later to see if someone knew how to process gift cards. I came couple months later to buy a sandwich, same story, basically the answer is that the money is lost because Manager Tom has no idea how process a gift card, find an answer or offer solutions. Food is ok, but service not so much!

Rude man making sandwiches, annoyed by having to make the sandwich. Owner blocked walkway with truck in front of store and then stared us up & down while we ordered sandwich from rude man. On top of it all, purchased 2 bags of chips and when we opened them they were stale. Checked the dates they were "best by Oct 2023", it's Feb 2024 (Coke Zero-sugar also flat). Charge $18 a sandwich and have expired chips? U should have a smile at least while u serve us garbage not gourmet. Only have it a 1 star rating bc it won't let me leave blank!

This is my second time going to EMF and I will be back again . I travel 20 mins to go there and I will continue to . I got the pollo Fresca and I added fresh mozzarella , an amazing sandwich . The guys behind the counter load up the sandwich and portion each item perfectly . When I mean loaded up I mean loaded up , most markets don't do that anymore . The service was welcoming and professional . I'm new to the area and it is by far the best deli in the area . Again I willll travel to get a sandwich there for sure, that's how good it is . The sandwich was worth every dollar . Love the place, love the environment, will be back ... recommend to all .

This place used to be AMAZING when ordering sandwiches. Lately sub par. The last two times we have come to this market for 2 heros they just cant seem to get them right. Either the workers dont care or have a serious hearing problem. We ordered in store once and over the phone the second.Also they charged us the same amount with all the mistakes when items were left off our order.

absolutely awful!!! do not go!!! they have terrible customer service, the staff is incredibly rude. don’t waist your time, there’s plenty other places to get italian food better and cheaper then this!

Too hot to cook! I went there last night for an amazing sandwich ! Chicken cutlet fresh mozzarella and roasted peppers ! It was outstanding! The bread was so fresh nice semolina. I can't wait to go back ! Place is tops !
