Came back to tropical smoothie today after a rough experience Much better experience. Staff was quick and responsive. The manager was well composed. Cashier informed me about half off smoothies before 10 am! Manager showed concern with her staff asking where they feel more comfortable doing food or smoothies. Loved that!Manager ensured a great experience overall!
The smoothie was great the cashier could have been a bit more friendly she looked like she didn't want to be there and when I asked her info about big groups coming in she couldn't answer and told me to see a manager because it was a Sunday. I have no problem with that however a little more of a personality with a smile would have been nice ?

If there are more than two patrons in the store, do yourself a favor and just walk back out.Service is always super slow. I try to give them a second, third, fourth chance but every single time is worst than the last. Cash register placement is awkward (you walk up to a register and then are told to walk over to another to the right in a hallway).
