Several changes have occurred since my original review and are worth noting. First, a big change in the menu. There is no more sushi and a greater emphasis on Chinese cuisine. Secondly, some Chinese dishes have been eliminated such as our family favorite-Crispy Beef. Most importantly, the food does not have the same unique quality as it did when they first opened. Maybe a new chef?? Somehow we had a feeling that a good thing wouldn’t last-and it didn’t.

Ordered lunch specials and the food was perfect, great flavor and nice portion size.
My husband was very disappointed to receive a half portion of his lunch entree, instead of a whole portion.His broccoli and garlic sauce “ lunch special” was $1.75 less than the dinner special combination, but the difference was that he received a huge portion of rice, contained in his lunch portion, instead of the rice served, in a separate container, as the dinner is served.He argued with the restaurant owner, that since his lunch portion was half the dinner, with the identical miso soup, or egg roll, then he should have been charged half of the dinner price.The restaurant owner refused to listen, and kept repeating that lunch was special.The dinner combination is special, because the customer receives an entire portion of the chosen entree, and not a half portion, next to the rice, which seems to overwhelm it.The rice should have been in a separate container, and the portion of the lunch should have Vern an entire portion.The dinner is special; the lunch is not.My husband described the food as tasty, but in reality a half portion, for the price paid.He remains one dissatisfied customer.Vegetarian options: There are some vegetarian options, and the food is very good.

The menu clearly indicated that the ala-carte Ikura one order Sushi style one (1) piece. And One order Sashimi style two pieces(2) so when I tried to order the Sashimi Two pieces per order - per the menu the guy argued with me that it’s a special order and only one piece (even thought the menu clearly said 2 pieces per order!!)This is bot tge way to run a business and expect “Return customers”Beware when you enter this establishment!!!
