went in and ordered a large carvelanche. was helped quickly but with every step i ordered there was commentary on my preferences. when i made a request i was met with a side eye and sly remark. the machine was turned on as i ordered and when i took my first bite all i got was artificial flavoring. threw entire cup away and waisted $12. loyal client but will not be returning as often

Amazing staff at this Carvel!! The cake design person helped create two beautiful cakes for my twins birthdays. One was Minecraft theme and the other Soccer. The grass looked so real on both cakes everyone asked where we got them and couldn't believe it was an ice cream cake. Thank you again!
