This place is awesome, super big portions, really good food, nice staff. The area in the back overlooks the water and they let us bring our dog. Ordered delivery and it was just as good, the seamless driver forgot a bag and they even personally drove over to immediately drop it off. We've tried the chicken fingers, fries, rigatoni a la vodka, the chicken Milanese (they call it something else on the menu), the salmon (beurre blanc sauce is awesome), and the chicken bacon sandwich on focaccia (absolutely massive)

I purchased to go, 2 pies of Voda prosciutto, 2 meatball bombs, 2 eggplant balls dinner, 2 zucchini spaghetti and 2 meatballs Parms to go. It was absolutely horrible taste of meatballs taste. The meatballs bombs were truly a disappointment and the pizza was Raw plain with not taste since it had a spit of vodka sause and completely disappointment from my company at home. Prior to this incident my wife and I at dinner and that is the reason i thought Higley of the place, instead i spent a tremendous amount of money for a small among of food and was totally disappointed.

Great atmosphere, fun vibrant vibe. Good food and great service. Upstairs room is a wonderful space for parties and events. Eggplant Parm and the Chicken Francaise was very tender. The Pizza Margherita was very good. Nice Views and great opportunities for photographing by the pier area. Metered parking is available directly outside the resturant. I photographed a great event and the staff was wonderful.Parking: Metered Parking available 50 cents per hour.

I give this place a 5 star rating because the food was outstanding with an amazing selection of entrées and appetizers. The view of the water is amazing. Our server collette was outstanding. She really was a superstar when taking our orders. I am definitely coming back here.

I'm hoping it was just a bad night! Our party of 8 has been here a few times for lunch and dinner over the years. The food has lost its flavor and sadly the service was not good. Took over 2 hours and we will not blame our waitress but rather the lack of staffing. The restaurant wasn't even that busy when we arrived for our reservation at 7pm. They ran out of Michelob Ultra in 20 minutes after we were seated. We watched other guest and they too showed disappointment. We really want the best for our local restaurants and hope they find this helpful.
