I ordered a catered lunch for my work colleagues from Greek Xpress East Rockaway location. The food was excellent! The food was delivered promptly at the agreed time. From beginning of starting the catering order a few days before the date, up until delivery, everything went perfect. The staff at Greek Xpress was very helpful in helping me with the food choices. The food was delicious. The staff enjoyed the food. We will definitely order again!

For years my coworkers and I have been ordering from Greek Xpress online and it's always been good. What I appreciate the most is I'll get a Gyro Sandwich and they don't like drown the sandwich in tzatziki - I know that's a huge turn off for some people. The people are nice, pretty sure most of them are Greek. They have a huge menu between sandwiches and souvlaki, plus their Baklava, chefs kiss it's really good. I went inside for the first time ever (meanwhile I'm like a 5 year customer) and the shop is nice, not too small, very modern nice seating. Food tastes great and I honestly recommend, but please get your hands on a baklava it's amazing.

Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I ordered a $90 meal for my family expecting a tasty feast. Instead I received small portions with even less sauce for the meals (sauce is what makes Greek food!!). Furthermore, they wrapped the dressing and sauces such that they flew out after opening them losing all of it to the ground and our lovely pup. I called the restaurant hoping that my years of loyal service with good tips may lead to a helpful response (as I'd expect a restaurant would give to any customer). Instead I had a rude awakening. I spoke with someone named Cynthia who was not validating or understanding of us now having a $90 order without sauce and simply kept repeating " it's your fault. Our policy is only 2 ounces of sauce." I then asked to speak to the manager, and she instead said she was the assistant manager and refused to transfer me. Despite us living less than ten minutes away, she refused any possibility of having more sauce delivered after our $90 order! Apparently they do not care for their customers and their increased pricing, smaller portions and La lack of customer care reflect that. I've been at RVC half a decade- don't waste your time here. I'd go for B Greek or any of the other nearby Greet spots any day!

Ordered the 5 meat family combo, which came with a choice of sides, choice of salad, dip and pita. Everything was delicious and plentiful. This family of four has enough leftovers for another dinner. Service was friendly and they even offered to help me out with the bags and tray. Well worth the price for what you get. Will be ordering it again.
