You can't call it a philly cheese steak if you give me hamburger meat. I watched the cook drop a hamburger patty on the grill and chop it up for my sandwich. The bun was good and most of the other ingredients are fresh, but you can't tell me that hamburger is steak. This speaks poorly to overall quality control at your restaurant.

I love the Dibellas always have since my days of living in Rochester. Lately it seems they have been skimping on the meat. Had a Philly cheesesteak, tasted great but not much steak on it.

The bread was burnt! All I can taste is burnt bread! I ordered the spicy cheese steak sub, there is no flavor? Where's the aoli sauce? The peppers and onions? My daughter ordered the turkey club and had to replace the burnt bread with sliced bread from home. This is the second time in a row that my order was messed up. It's too bad, it was delicious when they first opened up.

Really long wait for our subs (30 minutes). Someone behind us even got theirs first and neither of ours were baked. Once we received our order, one of them was not even the correct sub. The workers were kind and quickly fixed their error. The bread was not typical DiBella's quality either.

Placed an order online for curbside pickup. Clicked the link in my email when I got there. After 20 minutes, I called and was told they were running a little behind but would be right out. Waited another 20 minutes, called 9 more times and no one picked up. No one to talk to get refunded for my prepaid order that I never received.

Very expensive , messy , cold meatball sub. I posted pictures of it. I’ll just leave it here on the table. $36 for a 10 inch sub , 2 drinks , and a salad. Now I’ll go get some lunch.
