I was just there an waited awhile for them to give me the wrong order. All the girls working was just talking instead of working. My friend asked even about working here an they told him how to apply. We went outside an our other friend a girl came out of bathroom to order. She overheard them ''another one we could get fired if hired.'' Insane this place like this and how comfortable they talk around other woman. Dont seem like the right place to work or safe.

I’m in a semi truck so clearly can’t go through the drive through. Lobby has been closed every morning all week due to being “short staffed”. Closing the lobby is an easy scapegoat to less work. Lazy people these days. Definitely needs some better management.

Umm A Donut shop should have DONUTS right?! I hate the fact that there was only 5 Donuts to choose from and no Headlights. It's like they were after thought! The whole place is just a coffee shop now! lf I wanted coffee I would go to Starbucks. I ordered a Iced Vanilla Latte Decaf Coffee in large just so I could get a free Donut that the sign said was promised to me after 1 PM. I asked the worker if I get a free Donut now since it was after 1pm? The worker said "tecnically you do " and she seemed annoyed but gave me a free Donut and then when I moved to the pickup counter to wait for my Iced Coffee she just set it there and walked away no thank you, have a good day, here is your coffee, nothing- I won't be back.
