Food was just so so. Service was extremely slow. Went to a party and waited way too long in-between courses. Owner is not a nice person. Curt and unapproachable.

I stayed at a hotel nearby and was given this restaurant as a recommendation. Absolutely amazing food!!! I got the pesto and it was some of the best I have ever had. I wish I lived nearby because I would be here all the time. Portion was huge as well! 10/10 would recommend!

I had a couple of meals at Ciao and hosted a party in the upstairs room. Every dish was excellent during all 3 visits, and the service was fantastic. Having a parking lot with valet was very convenient for our party guests. We did have servers and diners walking through our room to access another private event on the adjacent porch, but it wasn’t a big issue. The restaurant felt upscale yet down to earth, and the space was intimate and comfortable. I would definitely recommend Ciao.

Very large restaurant with various locations an upstairs and downstairs and an open kitchen where you can watch them cooking. A large varied menu and good service. I've always enjoyed anything that I've eaten there.

What a fantastic restaurant. Our first time here and won't be our last. The atmosphere and staff were above and beyond nice and personable. The veal was done to perfection. An amazing wine list. Well worth the trip from Long Island. A must, go too. Thank you.

The restaurant came strongly recommended by a friend who had frequented the restaurant for over 20 years. We were there for dinner on Saturday (Oct 21). Our server was attentive. We ordered the Veal Martini (the veal was tender but a tad too salty) and the Risotto Ala Mentor, which was very good. However, our evening was marred by very loud dance music blasting from the stairwell leading to the lower floor after our main course arrived. We found out that there was a wedding reception on the lower floor of the restaurant. The music was so loud that we couldn't have a proper conversation. We finished our main course and wine quickly and skipped dessert. It could have been a nice evening at a good restaurant, but the loud music interfered.
