Went in there to get two slices.. should be ashamed of themselves. Serving food that's like cardboard that's been obviously sitting in there all day. Go back to get slices reached still no pizza . Gives money back and try's to insult with a Turkey sub.if I wanted a sub I'd get a sun.. customer service blows. I'll go to the one in west Seneca. Even tho this is less than a mile a way. DO BETTER JUST PIZZA IVE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE AND RESTAURANTS FOR ALMOST 30 YEARS AND YOU OBVIOUSLY NEED TO LEARN A FEW THINGS

My husband just brought home your fish fry dinner and it was the best one we have had in the Buffalo area! The fish was excellent with a crispy crust and great taste! We will recommend you to our family and friends!

New owners don't make a difference if employees can't get an order right. But since there is no competition in Elma they continue to serve over-priced, low to mid quality food. Three orders, admittedly only one under the new ownership and not one of those orders made correctly. Train your staff to simply follow the order. The counter person this time even read my order back to me and still managed to get it wrong.

Ordered a pizza online. When we arrived to pick it up, the manager explained they were extremely short-handed. They left the pizza in a tad too long, and the bottom was darker than he would normally serve (NOT BURNED... some well done spots... still very edible!) He had already made a replacement pizza, So we waited for the replacement, and he gave us both for the price of one for the inconvenience. That is the way to treat customers! We will be going back to the Elma location.

Great taco pizza. Only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the awkward cutting of slices. It was a round pie with square cuts. Its a personal thing, just odd.

Ordered the number 4 special today 12/10 at 1:30 pm for a 4 o'clock pick up. They lost the order. They gave us two cardboard tasting pizza and no wings. They asked us to wait ten minutes for the wings and said nevermind they will deliver them in a half hour. Still waiting. Never buy from this place. Low quality food, poor service. Such a shame for the new place.

Ordered four subs with a lot of changes. Told person on the phone it was first time ordering subs from there. She said they would turn out great and they did. Was well toasted (as we asked) and not light on the meats, cheese and veggies. Try the Swiss blend cheese. Definitely our new local sub place.
I have seen quite a few reviews about the food not being good here. Maybe that was in the first days of operation, or else I have been lucky every time. In any case, the pizza has been fine for us. We typically get a cheese pizza, and it always has looked good when staff opened the box to let us inspect it. And it was good when we got it home (only a mile away, a good feature). We have not anything other than pizza and so cannot comment on the wings, subs, pasta, etc. Staff has always been friendly and easy to deal with.We also signed up for the frequent guest program and will see what the rewards end up bring.

New ownership as of mid 2023. Huge improvement. One of the best things I can say about a pizza and sub place is that their stuff is all consistent. You might not be a fan of a certain taste, but if you know what you are getting, you can make a choice. The new ownership (they also own Reds in E. Aurora) is great. Expanded hours and a new attitude.

There 3 cheese steak pizza is great! It comes in small, medium and large. Prices ranges from $ 20.00 to $ 26.00. Steak sum is good but needs cooked peppers and onions, mushrooms.
