Horrible customer service. The lady was taking our order while we were looking at the menu left and said “I’m busy” just go to Tomo sushi better food and customer service

The rice smell so old. The salad was not fresh at all we did not eat them like cucumbers are gone long ago. My octopus was just no taste not fresh like sitting in the frozen fridge for year please check. Good new My salmon are delicious, chicken teriyaki was good, California roll are perfectly fine.

Minus the close seating, it's good.

They prepare the rolls freshly and fast. The servers are well attentive on the customers. Spacious parking on the side.

Sushi Island is not what it used to be. They serve these giant rolls, and it is so difficult to eat them. It seems like they use the same sauce for everything because no matter what you order it all tastes the same. I was very disappointed.

Its a good place just one of the staff probably owner (older lady) let us in like one hour before closing so sge rushed us out and was a bit rude i tiped her 5bucks cause of that and she posted 9 i guess she felt like she deserved haha.

The service was slow. You only get tea after you order and order takes a long time to come out. The udon was undercooked. Food was average not great, wouldn’t recommend the roast pork shoyo ramen. It was dry.

I came here as it was on the way to the mall. I wasn't craving sushi, so I looked at their menu before to see what else they served. They have lunch specials but not for a weekend. I went on a sunday so it didn't apply. They were quite busy, so I had to wait a bit. It's a no frills place to eat at. They have seating indoors by the sushi bar, and there are booths, too.Food wise, I got the Lychee Thai ice tea to drink. It is the same taste as a regular Thai ice tea except lychee inside of it and no condensed milk. My friend got the bento box with salmon as the main entree. I ordered the Nabayaki udon, which has chicken in it. The soup was a bit bland. I had to ask for hot sauce. I probably won't be back as I wasn't too happy with the service and the food.

No frills, just good sushi. I love the huge menu. So if you go with someone who doesn’t like sushi, they will have plenty of other options. The waiters move fast here!

When we order 10pc salmon sushi, they were all squished together, like a giant block of rice with the fish just layered on not tasting fresh.
