This establishment basically ruined my entire day. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese NOT toasted. The woman behind the counter proceeds to toast my bagel. I told her, I ordered a plain bagel NOT toasted. You would think one would remake the order and give me a new bagel and cream cheese. Nope. She literally re-toast the bagel and gives it to me. It’s very few I run into a bad Dunkin, but this one seems to be one of them.

Terrible customer service got my order wrong and when i came back inside gave me attitude. After receiving my food the egg wasn't even on the sandwich. The atmosphere and overall satay of the place isn't bad just the employees. Do better.

Usually this Dunkin is nice. I drive out of my way to come over here . But today.... This girl is so rude. 10.9.23 3:22pm not the Muslim one. The other one. The Muslim one is actually very sweet and has helped me before. She's on her phone in her AirPods. Doesn't speak. Then messed up my order and got upset because she messed it up and tried to blame it on me. My coffee was good though!

This was totally garbage! I ordered two mini bagels with well toasted but it wasn’t toasted enough it’s completely cold as it was and I placed another ordered two ordered hash browns same thing not toast well done!! I felt like it was cold and not cooked properly!! Since I don’t like bacon’s! He touched bacon with the old gloves! Even I told him change it! He did put the new gloves but again he touched the bacon with new gloves!! So disgusting ?
Evetytime I go here and get a cappuccino with less ice half the large cup is froth. There is a guy in there who smile with you but his service sucks. Overall on there coffee I give a 2 star been a dunkin customer for over 28 years .And today I confront home about half cup of froth he Saud because I ask for less ice . I am going to call corporate now because this happen more than once .

Yo this place sucked back then and it still sucks now. The staff are RUDE. They roll their eyes at you when you place your order. The owner is cheap. He would put regular coffee in my latte instead of espresso to save money.....like I wouldn't notice. The guy making the food got my order completely wrong and then accused me of making him work harder to remake it LOL like the order is written on a screen! God forbid these people do their job. Go to the Dunkin on Linden blvd in elmont. Much better service!

Horrible service. It took 3 people to take my order, and they still messed up. I am still sick hours later.I simply asked for 2 lattes with an extra espresso shot and whipped cream. They never charged for the extra shot and whipped cream. I was trying to confirm the order with the lady making my drinks, but the lady next to her kept screaming, "You have to pay extra" after it was supposed to be charged. I told her I had no problem paying, I just wanted to make sure the order was correct. I went ahead and paid the extra charges. I got my order, and of course, it looked plain. Definitely not what I am used to. I was really annoyed at the lady screaming I needed to pay more as if I wasn't going to, so I just left. When I drove home, my boyfriend and I had the lattes. The order was not the way I liked but my boyfriend didn't want to stress it. He drank his whole drink while I had maybe 2 to 3 sips.After about 2 hours, both of our stomachs were feeling a bit off. I ended up throwing up at least 5 to 6 times since then. I am not sure if it was spoiled ingredients or anything else. I will never go back and don't recommend anyone try this location.
