We came on a whim and we were pleasantly surprised. The employees behind the counter were very nice and greeted us and allowed us time to look around. They made great suggestions and we actually left with more than we had in mind to get. We got some cannolis, turnovers and a cheese danish. The turnovers were huge, flaky and the filling tasted so fresh (not the normal gelatinous glob) I love that the shell of the cannolis continues to be crunchy the day after. Will definitely return for more of their other desserts next!

I went to this Bakery to ask about a cake and the young untrained in customer service employee responded to me in such a rude dismissive tone “ no we don’t have that, next” not even well can I suggest another option etc… Maybe it’s my skin tone , or she having a bad day because I came in with such good vibes. Some places got to do better with customer service.

Recently I ordered $100 worth of cupcakes for my child's birthday through Ubereats and the cupcakes never got delivered. I tried reaching the delivery person right away with no luck so I called the bakery and was provided with 10 out of 10 customer service as Andrew did everything right that cold night to make my child's birthday a special one. I will be ordering all work cakes from this bakery based on this exemplary customer service alone !!!!!

Used to be good. Service now is terrible. Placed an order for a cake over a week in advance. Girl half-distracted on the phone. Takes the order. Day of pick up and no cake. "bakers all gone home." Unbelievable.
Had my sons birthday party just yesterday. I had ordered a 3 tier cake. Andrew was very clear and consistent with communication. The cake decoration was amazing and looked great with our theme. And it tasted great as well! I would absolutely work with them again

I love their miniature strawberry cheesecake. I ordered the strawberry cheesecake and a linzer tart. I did not know they offered cookie size pastries of both. The person who waited on me did not let me know there were other sizes or ask which one I wanted. When I got home, I had a cookie sized linzer tart and a miniature cheese cake.

Got to try a wonderful assortment of baked goods from Sapienza Pastry. Everything in the showcases looked wonderful. The croissants are HUGE, as are the danish. My husband devoured the croissant after making a sandwich on it. I made sure to get a taste. It was soft & flaky. The cannoli...the best I've had yet! The outside shell had a nice fresh crunch to it. Very light. The filling creamy & not too sweet. My family who staked their claim on the danish all loved them. The bakery is on a main road with parking spots on property right in front. There were 2 young ladies working when I picked up my goodies this evening. One immediately came over to assist and was very nice. I will certainly return to try more.
