The sandwich itself was AWESOME, but their churro and pretzel desserts were pretty bad. They get microwaved to warm up, and the churro had pretty little flavor. The pretzel was worse because (by the time I had it (at the end of the meal,)) it was dry and stale. Pretty lackluster.

Food is great here. Love the meatballs / turkey as meats. They have various selection of breads and options of wraps or bowls. Rating this low because everytime I go the service is TRASH. The employee tamaria hates her job I don't understand how she still works there this long. She gives attitude doesn't care about giving the customer what they actually want. Asked for a napkin. She said she put napkins in the bag. I said I understand that but I need extra napkins. Two thin napkins are not going to cut it. Anyways she proceeded to wash her hands and pass me two more thin napkins with her drenching wet hands. Super rude and unprofessional. She definitely did that purposely because I asked for Napkins but it's cool. I threw out the half wet nakpin and just prayed she gets fired soon.

My son starts eating his sandwich, while we are in the parking lot about to drive off, and yells ILL. I turn around as he's showing me that there's strands of hair that were in his sandwich. I got out the car and returned all 3 sandwiches. They refused a full refund, made me wait 5-10 minutes while they supposedly got the "boss" on the phone. The lady then says "I'll make you a new sandwich or you can have a $6 refund." We do not feel eating another sandwich from this restaurant, as I've watched them make other sandwiches with a hair net, and one lady got off the phone, did not wash her hands, and proceeded to take an order. DISGUSTING, must be heath code violations somewhere.

I had to change my review. Not because of this location it's because of Subway the corporations decision to cut the size of the heros by 45% to make more profit along with raising the price. I've been a Subway fan for as long as I can remember but I won't be back ever again. I can by BH turkey an lb of bacon and all the veggies I want for the price of 2 Subway heros and make myself 8 heros of much better quality. Sad their bread isn't better it's just smaller and they call it artistic.
