Today was my first time going there. When you first walk in you notice it smells like a bakery should. The sweet smell if cakes, cookies, pastries, breads etc. I loved that the staffed asked us if I need help with anything and once they knew it was my first time there they recommend their best selling items and gave me a sample of there salty bread (which is amazing and soft). A true local gem. Service was first rate. Went in looking for semolina rolls for roast pork sandwiches, but upon telling the owner what I was doing, he brought me into the back and pulled out some amazing rosemary rolls. I got the grand tour of this amazing bakery, and my roast pork sandwiches were elevated by the handpicked rolls!!The salty bread and croissants were slamming too!!
