First time trying this location. They need to hire more people. I feel bad for the employees. They can't keep up. The fries were cold. The burger was reheated. Chicken fries were soggy. Gave a small drink instead of medium. They made us wait at the change window until they were ready, and gave us cold soggy food anyway. We couldn't get a refund because there was no one to do it. I can see why there is such a bad reviews.

From the 1st week of operation this place has been cluster you-know -what. I avoid it now b/c. I'd rather not have our order screwed up and long wait time if it's several different things. I've always liked BK but this one is ruining my opinionIt's nice inside but .........Actually I had a pretty good experience recently on a to-go breakfast order. Only two workers. The Mgr said they can't get reliable help. In the time I was there at 9ishAM I was the ONLY customer.

Girl on drive thru did not take my order correctly, she had to get another worker to fix her mistake, she rushed my order, and forgot my Medium fries I didn't even go back so I didn't have to deal with them

Now I always give places the benefit of the doubt but the way they mess up orders here is crazy, every time I've gone here they have somehow messed something up, it's become like a game to me. Today I asked for an 8 piece nugget with a large fry. The guy asked me if I wanted to add on 2 cookies for $1, I said sure. He then asked me if I wanted to donate $1 for something, I said no (sorry). He reads me back my order to confirm. What I got was a large fry with 6 nuggets (not that big a deal) and no cookies + I gave a $1 donation. Last time I was here about a year ago they forgot my mozzarella sticks and my drink (but I could at least remind them of the drink while I was at the window). Another time before that there were no fries. It wasn't even busy at all this time. But I understand because if I worked fast food I'd probably be hollowed out by now
Not sure why it's rated so low on Yelp. Crazy fast service with great quality (fast food wise), 5 stars for a Burger King! The new wrap was surprisingly great, Hi-C and frozen Fanta is , good fries, still finishing my food.

Says open till 12am . Came @11:10 pm . Closed or ignored. Go to another BK ! Don't waste your time or $ . This franchise charges more than other BK franchises also . Beware!

Very good lunch experience at this Burger King in Penfield. I had the Number 1 & the food was very fresh and the french fries were crispy and delicious.
