Seems they cater more to drive thru than people standing in line. They Literally walk by you as if your not there. Not asking for superior service but an acknowledgement and service would be nice. And since when does asking for coffee require state hot or cold... coffee comes one way "Hot". If I wanted cold would say ice coffee .....
Love DD hot chocolate, but rarely get it because 3 out of 5 times I'm driving away with someone's coffee. Every time I call to tell them, they ask for me to come back (I'm at work now) or give my name which is what I do. No "sorry for the inconvenience" or "sorry you're going to taste coffee in your mouth for the whole day". And lordy if you don't call them right away or you explain whet happened the next morning because then you get the silent treatment and stink eye from the...read full review
