Last week we ordered and used a softball voucher. There was a bit of confusion and Kevin came in and figured it out fast! Solved within 30 seconds. Food was delivered and a large house salad was added complimentary. It wasn’t even a situation that warranted such kindness. I’ll always support Perinton Pizza!! Always makes it right!

I've ordered pizza from Perinton Pizza for years and they have always been excellent and very prompt. So tonight I was surprised when my pizza still hasn't arrived after half hour after the approximate delivery time. Turns out the workers finishing up working at my house accepted my order and kept it! Perinton Pizza promptly made and sent out a replacement order to us. Thank you Perinton Pizza! Our dinner was, as always, excellent.
This place is top notch. From the food, to the customer service, they take care of their customers. I ordered ahead for the Super Bowl and one of my two pizzas was delivered incorrectly. After trying to flag down the delivery person to let her know, I called the shop. They were beyond kind and immediately rectified the situation. Within 15 minutes I had a replacement pizza. While it was a simple mixup, they took the time to fix it on the busiest night of the year. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would!
