Went there for the first time and bought the scones. They were super fresh and great texture. The honey/goat cheese - it was very good, but didn't get much of the goat cheese. Bacon/cheddar, which had a subtle corn bread flavor and bacon bits were really good not salty, but again there wasn't much in the way of cheese. Third was the lemon raspberry or some berry and that was good too! The server was very nice, helpful, and space is tiny but super cute. This is a great food option for a neighborhood with not too many freshly made options so we need to do our best to support it.

We ordered this cake for my bridal shower and not only did it look beautiful, but it was delicious too - moist, fresh, and flavorful. The staff at fat cardinal were very accommodating in creating such a work of art. Highly recommend!

The best bakery in the peninsula hands down!!! Need coffee? They have amazing coffee and amazing customer service from Dana , Jason, John , Krista & Tommy! The sweets are also amazing my favorite has to be the oatmeal cookie. If you haven’t checked them out yet, please do so! :)

Sweet bakery in Rockaway. Everything is delicious and they really listen when creating custom cakes. My 8 year old niece sent them an insane mood board and they created a masterpiece. Good people work here! Inclusive and welcoming.
