it was my first time at burger village and unfortunately my last. the good food is topped with terrible service. as a matter of fact, probably the worst service i’ve ever experienced at a quick service restaurant. there’s plenty of other options nearby so do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere.

I frequent this place from time to time and i get texted promotions and specials all the time. I sat down with my wife , daughter and son in law to have dinner and drinks... we ordered our meal and drinks and advised the waitress we had a coupon.... she asked to see it and told me they are not accepting that coupon...I asked her why and she said the coupon was texted in error... I asked to speak to the manager and told him we chose burger village because of the coupon he was rude and told me he did not care ... I asked his name and he said he is not telling me his name .... we got up and left... Bye bye burger village

If u want to be seated, then ignored for 10 minutes even after asking for a menu, this is the place for you!Came in on Saturday around 2pm with my family. It wasn't busy but there were a decent amount of people sitting down eating. After the lady pointed in the direction of where to sit, no one came. 5 minutes went by then my husband got up to ask for menus, the same woman said "I'll be right there".Another 5 minutes goes by, nothing, instead she starts taking orders of a group of officers who walked in after us.If we sat there for 10 minutes with no one acknowledging our existence, not even a menu, I cant imagine what service is like once food is ordered. Very sad because this place has great reviews. Needless to say we walked out and went to Chili's across the parking lot.

Such a variety of meats for burgers, impressed with the attentiveness of our server, first time visiting, and I am glad we chose this location over smashburger. The food was absolutely delicious. I did feel that the food was a bit delayed coming to the table, but I was very hungry, so it probably felt like forever due to that. The atmosphere was very lovely. We were there for about an hour and 15 minutes, and there were limited tables available. It seemed like a popular burger spot. I just wish they would find a location more upstate, closer to Albany, because their food was very delicious.Parking was easyService was exceptionalThe food was deliciousThe atmosphere was idealIt's definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! Currently, they only have 6 locations according to their menu.Dietary restrictions: They were on point with my dairy allergy, even coming over to verify that everything was dairy free.

Who doesn't love a good burger? I've been to this location twice now, so it was time to leave a review. The other special promotion for buy one, and get one burger free so I decided to capitalize on that this time around. I ordered a bison burger with the usual fixings and added bacon. I also had a side of Sweet Frings (1/2 sweet potatoes +1/2 onion rings) with barbecue sauce & garlic aioli as my dip. It was definitely closer to 1/4 onion rings + three-quarter sweet potatoes. The entire meal was good, just what you need when you're looking to grab a burger with a twist. Staff is friendly. They promote very heavily along the walls, how their burgers are 100% organic, all natural meat. They have extensive menu options you can mix and match, so I'll be returning to try something more exotic (ostrich) next time.
Food is always great here. My friend and I sat at the bar this time around. Kevin was a waiter/bartender and he was phenomenal. We will be here again. Highly recommend.

The food was delicious. It's nice, not too crowded, chips and quac fresh, really nice drinks, French fries and tots really good. There is a huge choice of meat types, I had the Elk and it was tasty!!! Great selection of toppings.

As soon as we drove by and smelled the burgers, we knew we had to stop. My fiancé and I both got the Village Beef Burger, and it was amazing! The burgers were super flavorful and also came out fast. I definitely will come back!
