Been getting meals (lunch & dinner) for a month. If you’re exercising, this takes all the work out of worrying about the diet portion of physical fitness. I get the small portions, and as a man find them enough (or my appetite has adjusted). Getting less salt, fat, and sugar in my diet. All their meals are on MyFitnessPal so it’s super easy.
I’m so grateful for Eat Better Meals. Everything is specially prepared and yummy. Love the breakfast selections which are a real treat. I highly recommend. Thanks so much Eat Better Meals team.

The food is so delicious and flavorful. There is lots of variety. I am ordering in efforts to help me lose weight. It helps me with portion control. So glad my nutritionist recommended this meal plan to me!
