They prioritize online orders making you wait in line forever without taking your order until they are done packing pickup orders. Obviously they are making good money on online orders so they need to hire somebody specifically to take care of that. I won't be coming back.

Nasty workers that hygiene aren’t kept up with. Nobody answers the phones. And nobody toasts bread how you gonna have a sandwich place and not have a toaster? So sad.

The girls working the counter tonight were fine...it's just that the sandwiches are VERY stingy. Danny Devito gets much bigger sandwiches on the tv ads. Come on Jersey Mike's, you can do a lot better for the price.

Went here and saw they still had that terrible girl with a terrible attitude working here.. No punishment no nothing was done.. She’s allowed to keep her job after being so ignorant and disrespectful to members of the community.. Will never shop here and will be reporting this to the BBB also as people like her should not be working here..
