I've always had a bit of a soft spot for this chain since I've learned about it. I think it's due to the fact that there's always something there that the whole family likes and it's fairly inexpensive. It's not the best or top of the line. But it's comfort. I like the Japanese pan noodles or Mac and cheese selections the best. It's just simple and tasty.If you go in just expecting a comfortable decent meal, you won't be disappointed. It's also very quick and cordial service with a clean environment. Enjoy

My first time here. I walked in and a worker was sitting on one of the prep food counters eating a sandwich. After a few minutes, the same worker was making my food with no gloves.No one had gloves or hair nets.???I then noticed the food holding trays had food spread all around like cleanliness was the opposite of the job description.I paid for food, but after noticing these things, I left out with just my drink.

Hey manager/owners, Just a heads up; 4 ppl working right now. 2 have headphones in 2 have extremely long fake nails (Board of health) 0 wearing gloves (board of health) All working with food Toilet hasn't been deep cleaned in a while from the looks of it, but bathroom overall was fine. Food is good though so thank you for that - at least everyone working looked clean. The counter girl was very nice too

Love the Pesto Cavatappi , but the protein portion is miniscule it needs double at least. Its Tasty though!

The gluten free noodles tend to be severely undercooked, practically crunchy. Staff also doesn not pay very good attention when putting orders together, we had to ask them to remake a dish three times because they kept adding cheese when we specifically said no cheese because of a dairy allergy. The food usually tastes good aside from these issues.Dietary restrictions: The options are there but staff don't pay attention when alerted of an allergy or dietary restriction. You have to watch them make your meal to make sure it is done properly.

The food is really good, but I do have to complain about the portions, for $15. a bowl, Pasta is CHEAP, So you can at least fill the tiny bowls you serve in. I ordered 2 meals and BOTH of my orders barely covered the bottom of our bowls. I left still hungry and very disappointed.

The only reason I would take something off would be because some of the people that eat there as well were very judgemental. However the place itself and the food is very good. After a long day of being a delivery driver and not having the energy to go home and cook something, this place is a decent price and filling. Definitely will be coming back again and again!

People in there are nice but the food is not fresh and tastes like it's been sitting out for days. Wouldn't recommend it's better to cook your own pasta and add your own stuff who knows how long the pasta at this restaurant has been prepped for they never have anyone coming in.

This business forgets that it's fast food. Let me explain. The meal that is shown in my picture, noodles and some chicken, with a soda, cost $16. It's noodles. The food tastes just fine but it's noodles and chicken in a plastic container plus fountain soda. The location was clean, staff were fine and there's parking. That's a plus. For now, the price alone would keep me from becoming a repeat customer. It's mall prices in a Walmart shopping center. Take that for what it's worth.
